An original camera negative from the production of Son of Frankenstein, the 1939 Universal horror classic starring Basil Rathbone, Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi.

This large format 8" x 10" black and white camera original studio negative shows a publicity shot of horror icon Bela Lugosi in character as Ygor with make-up effects by the legendary Jack Pierce, it is hand inscribed with the production code '931-22-AD' to the bottom right in ink. Please note the final image presented here is a scanned positive provided for reference, we can provide a high quality scan of the negative at the buyers request.

The negative remains in excellent vintage original condition with minor surface wear as one would expect, overall fine.
