Thomas and Friends

An original face appliance used in the production of the long running children's television show Thomas the Tank Engine which later became Thomas & Friends.

This is one of the original face appliances for a Troublesome Truck, the mischievous rolling stock who like to play tricks on the engines and appear throughout the series. Constructed from high quality resin the face features an offended expression with a grey finish and hand painted eyebrows and large mouth, it is hand inscribed to the rear 'GROUP 1' and '5C' reassigned from '5B' written below. This exact face can be seen in an image of a van formally displayed at Drayton Manor.

The face appliance measures approximately 2.25" x 2.25" and remains in excellent condition.
