Space: 1999

An original stun gun used in the production of Space: 1999, the hit television series produced by Gerry Anderson.

This stun gun is of lightweight vacuum formed construction, painted silver with black detailing with buttons in red, yellow, green and blue, such guns were utilised by numerous cast members throughout the series. Very few of these guns are believed to have been produced and the only hero version of this prop ever created went missing in 1975, it has not been seen since. This prop was on display at the Gerry Anderson exhibition in Blackpool until 1991, no others from the exhibition have been seen since and are believed to be lost.

The gun measures 5" x 4.5" and is displaying some signs of wear and paint cracking, overall in good screen used condition.
