Thomas and Friends

An original prop used in the production of the long running children's television show Thomas the Tank Engine which later became Thomas & Friends.

This is the original sign from the slate quarry on the island of Sodor, seen prominently on the shed in the series twelve episode Don't Go Back the prop features SODOR SLATE QUARRY printed in white lettering on a green background and is housed in a thick plastic frame to create a sign. This unique prop can be matched to the one seen on screen by a distinctive mark above the first letter.

The sign measures an impressive 11.5" wide and remains in excellent screen used condition, very fine.
