Thomas and Friends

An original prop used in the production of the long running children's television show Thomas the Tank Engine which later became Thomas & Friends.

From the series ten episode Sticky Toffee Thomas and an earlier learning segment signs such as this can be seen used on the vans hauled by Percy and Thomas. Constructed from printed paper adhered to a plastic backing the sign features a baker holding a loaf of bread and retains blacktak marks to the verso where it was attached to a van for filming.

The sign measures just over 2.5" wide and remains in excellent screen used condition, very fine.
