Thomas and Friends

An original prop used in the production of the long running children's television show Thomas the Tank Engine which later became Thomas & Friends.

Signal flags such as this can be seen used by various railway workers throughout the series. The flag is cleverly constructed from painted foil allowing it to be posed as required, this fixed to a plastic pole which retains blacktack used to fix it in the hands of a figure during filming

The flag measures approximately 2" and remains in good screen condition with some minor paint loss.

A rare and affordable artefact from this popular children's television series.
