Doctor Who

An original pistol used on screen in the long running BBC television series Doctor Who.

Hand held pistols such as this can be seen used by various crew members on Sea Base 4 in the 1984 serial Warriors of the Deep starring Peter Davison as The Doctor. The pistol was hand made by the BBC Visual Effects Department with the handle and main body carved in wood and various stickers, plastic and metal parts applied for detail. A rare example of an intricately detailed and beautifully constructed hand prop with fantastic attention to detail.

The pistol measures over 7" in length and remains in excellent screen used condition.
