An original conceptual artwork used during the production of Dune, the 1984 David Lynch adaptation based on the novel by Frank Herbert.

This conceptual artwork was created during the production by illustrator Ron Miller, accomplished in paint on illustration board the work depicts the desert plant Arrakis and moon against a starfield background, signed by the artist to the bottom left corner.

The artwork measures approximately 10" x 9" and remains in good vintage condition with a partial bend line having stressed the paper finish, otherwise fine.

A rare and highly displayable example of original artwork from this box office flop which later achieved cult status with science fiction fans.
