Spitting Image

An original puppet created for the long running British satirical puppet show Spitting Image.

This puppet was created during the production for the character of noted supermodel Naomi Campbell. The puppet skin is constructed in foam latex with a rubberised feel and is a typical caricature design for which the series is famed. This puppet was ultimately surplus to requirements during the production and remains in unpainted and unfinished condition with the intentional rear split having been taped from the interior at the time, it also features the character name to the lower back inscribed in the casting.

The puppet stands approximately 21" high and measures 14.5" across the shoulders, it remains in fantastic original condition with no deterioration, overall very fine.
