Sherlock Holmes (TV) - The Memoirs of

An original binder used in the production of The Memoirs of Sherlock Holmes, the Granada Television adaptation based on the character created by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle starring Jeremy Brett in the title role.

This binder and contents was utilised during the production serving as a bible for the episode The Golden Prince-Nez. The folder contains a wealth of production material to include a seven page props list, 11 large floor plans showing the design of the various sets, schedules, notes, maps, a quantity of original photographs taken by the art department for continuity purposes to include some Polaroids, hand drawn sketches and a ten page set of floor plan reductions.

This material in contained within a black binder of leatherette measuring approximately 12.5" x 9.5", the contents remaining in very good production used condition exhibiting minor wear from use and handling
