Corpse Bride

An original prop from the production of Corpse Bride, the 2005 stop-motion animation fantasy picture directed by Tim Burton.

This miniature beetle was created for the character of Paul the Head Waiter who is carried around by several of them. Created by master puppet makers Mackinnon & Saunders the miniature features a body of resin with wire legs and antennae and is expertly finished in purple and black paint.

The beetle measures approximately 1" long and remains in excellent production used condition, overall very fine. 

A displayable artefact from this well received stop-motion animation favourite.
