ParaNorman

A pair of original puppet hands from the production of ParaNorman, the 2012 stop motion animation feature produced by Laika.

These puppet hands were custom made by the talented creators at Laika Studios as they created the stop motion puppet for lead character Norman Babcock. The hands are constructed from silicone over a wire armature allowing the digits to be posed as required, ultimately a slightly different process would be used which eliminated the visible seam line and as such these hands were never used on screen.

The hands remain in very good production made condition with the wire armature having pierced the silicone on the thumb of the right hand, otherwise fine.
