James Bond: For Your Eyes Only

An original miniature from the production of the 1981 James Bond picture For Your Eyes Only starring Roger Moore as the suave spy.

This head was custom made for the production by the visual effects team headed up by noted miniature effects supervisor Derek Meddings for use on the Melina Havelock (Carole Bouquet) puppet used in the sequence where she and Bond (Roger Moore) retrieve the ATAC from the wreck of the St Georges. Constructed from fibreglass the head was cast in two parts and joined to form a full head, it remains in unfinished and unused condition likely due to the poor seam line.

The head measures approximately 3" and remains in very good vintage unfinished condition.

A very scare example of an original special effects miniature from one of the most celebrated franchises in cinematic history.
