Description

An original film treatment from the production of Madame Sin, the 1972 thriller starring Bette Davis and Robert Wagner which was intended as a television pilot and produced by Lew Grade's ITC Entertainment.

This is an original story and film treatment from early in the production process with writing credit to Phillip Levene, comprising 35 pages bound between front and rear covers of textured burgundy card with the front featuring a window cut out revealing the title of the movie to the interior cover page. A hand inscribed name is present ot the interior cover page which is illegible and there are various pencil annotations present throughout the treatment, one of the more interesting annotations relating to the possible casting of Christopher Lee in the role of Malcolm De Vere who was ultimately portrayed by Denholm Elliot.

The treatment measures approximately 11" x 8.5" and remains in excellent vintage condition exhibiting only minor cover wear and toning, overall fine.

An interesting example of original production material from this memorable picture.
