An original animation cel used in the production of Tron, the 1982 science fiction adventure picture directed by Steven Lisberger and produced by Walt Disney.

This original large format Kodalith animation cel was used in the production of the climactic sequence as Tron (Bruce Boxleitner) throws his disc at the centre of the Master Control Program (MCP). The cel comprises of a large high quality positive colour transparency featuring the MCP centre which is mounted in plastic with peg holes to the bottom and an applied tape which is hand inscribed 'GS-28x1 COMPOSITE' in red marker.

The cel measures approximately 20" x 12.5" and remains in excellent production used condition, very fine.

A highly displayable artefact from this pioneering classic of the science fiction genre.
