Jim Loomis (Anthony Rogers) race coveralls
An original costume used in the production of Red Line 7000, the 1965 racing picture starring James Caan under the direction of Howard Hawks.
These race coveralls were worn on screen by Anthony Rogers as ill-fated driver Jim Loomis. The Peg-ee labelled wardrobe features a zip front with pockets to the chest and the drivers name embroidered to the left in blue, the Pure sponsorship patch has been removed following the production but stitch marks remain where it was once located.
The costume remains in very good vintage production used condition with some discolouration to the shoulders from being stored on an old hanger, otherwise good with minor soiling.
An exceptionally rare example of original wardrobe from this memorable racing picture.
