Small Soldiers

An original Gwendy doll used in the production of the 1998 science fiction action comedy Small Soldiers directed by Joe Dante.

Such dolls are clearly seen on screen in the scenes when Christy's collection of dolls are turned into auxiliaries of war and capture her.

These dolls were made for production by Stan Winston Studios and are constructed from resin on top of a steel armature with a silicone head. Intentionally production distressed to appear battle worn with burn mark scarring and damage the puppet still has the remains of the animatronic wires used to control it on set.

The puppet stands approximately 10.5" tall and is in excellent production distressed and used condition but missing the feet.

A very displayable prop from this popular adventure movie.
