Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory

An original prop used in the production of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, the 1971 picture starring Gene Wilder under the direction of Mel Stuart.

Advertisement signs such as this can be seen around Bill's (Aubrey Woods) Candy Shop in the scene where he sings The Candy Man Can and later where Charlie (Peter Ostrum) goes to the shop to purchase the Wonka bar in which he finds the Golden Ticket. This sign features the logo of the Fickelgubers's Juicy bar which can be seen prominently in the shop and is printed in turquoise on semi gloss paper stock, it is blank to the verso.

The sign measures approximately 8" x 5.5" and remains in excellent production used condition with vibrant colours and a minor tear to the left, overall very fine.

An incredibly rare and displayable artefact from this highly regarded classic.
