Doctor Who

An original prop used in the production of the long running BBC science fiction television series Doctor Who.

From the 2006 two part serial Rise of the Cybermen/The Age of Steel starring David Tennant as The Doctor this is an original earpiece as worn by residents of the parallel Earth where they are used as mind control and communications devices. Custom made by the production the ear piece is constructed from silver painted plastic with a Cybus decal to the centre with this stuck to a circuit board to operate the light (batteries expired) and a rubber moulded fitting used to place it in the actors ear.

The earpiece measures approximately 1.25" wide and remains in excellent production used condition, very fine.

A highly displayable artefact with obvious ties to this cult science fiction series.
