Alice in Wonderland (TV)

Original contact sheets from the production of the 1986 BBC adaptation of Alice in Wonderland directed by Barry Letts.

These contact sheets formed the BBC image archive of the show and depict virtually all the various characters from the production including Kate Dorning in her portrayal of Alice. The lot comprises of sixteen sheets with five further offcuts, many of the sheets are missing images where there were trimmed for use by the BBC, likely for publicity purposes. The majority of these are inscribed to the verso 'BBC, ALICE 30/7/85'

The sheets, printed on glossy Kodak paper are various sizes with the largest approximately 8" x 10" and are in very fine condition throughout.
