An original bible used in the production of Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country, the 1991 science fiction picture directed by Nicholas Meyer.

This is the original bible utilised by producer and second unit director Steven-Charles Jaffe during the production of the movie. The binder features an applied sticker to the spine which is type written 'STAR TREK VI, PRODUCTION' and contains a wealth of material including a script, storyboards and various schedules outlining every aspect of the production.

  • Storyboards comprising 71 pages on white and pink paper, some bearing hand inscribed annotations in pencil with cover page titled 'ENTERPRISE STRIP SEARCH'.
  • Breakdown schedule comprising 12 pages.
  • Extras breakdown comprising 10 yellow pages dated 4/9/91.
  • Extras breakdown comprising 10 pink pages dated 4/5/91
  • One-line schedule comprising 16 pages with covering letter on Paramount Pictures stationary dated April 2, 1991.
  • 2nd unit shooting schedule comprising 21 green pages dated 4/22/91 with the cover page hand inscribed 'STEVEN' to the top right corner.
  • Set and stage schedule comprising a total of 17 pages dated April 5, 1991, some double sided.
  • A further 16 storyboard pages on pink and white paper featuring various hand inscribed annotations in pen.
  • Weekly pre production schedule comprising 6 green pages dated 3/14/91
  • Main unit shooting schedule comprising over 60 pages, heavily revised on blue, pink, yellow, green, buff and salmon pages dated between April and June 1991. Accompanied by covering letter on Paramount Pictures stationary regarding revisions.
  • 2nd unit shooting schedule comprising 24 pages, again heavily revised on blue, pink, yellow, green and buff pages dated between April and May 1991.
  • Complete fifth draft script dated 12/28/90 comprising over 120 pages with cover page hand inscribed 'STEVEN JAFFE/DEBBIE' in red pen. Heavily revised on blue, pink, yellow, green, buff, salmon, cherry and tan each dated between February and June 1991. Every page of the script has been hand inscribed with the number 167 in red pen.

The binder measures approximately 11.5" x 11" and remains in excellent production used condition with minor edge wear,  contents extremely fine throughout.

An exceptional and concise example of original production material from this highly regarded Star Trek picture.
