Description

An original scene order used in the production of the 1983 science fiction picture Return of the Jedi, the third instalment of the original Star Wars trilogy directed by Richard Marquand.

This original production used scene order consists of 15 pages and provides a breakdown and short description of the various scenes of the movie. The document is titled 'JEDI SCENE ORDER' and is dated 7/30/81 with four of the pages being later issued amendments printed on blue paper which are dated 8/24/81, over half of the pages contain annotations which have been hand inscribed in pencil by a senior production member, these largely relate to mattes and bluescreen with the cover carrying some filming dates to the top right hand corner, again hand inscribed in pencil. Every page of the scene order carries the red production stamps 'ROJSB100012' and has been hole punched for binder use.

The scene order remains in excellent production used condition throughout, very fine.

A rare and interesting production artefact from one of the most influential and highly regarded franchises in cinematic history.
