NeverEnding Story (The)

A collection of original reference images used during the production of The NeverEnding Story, the 1984 fantasy epic directed by Wolfgang Petersen.

These images are VistaVision frame blow ups used during the production for camera reference by the motion control unit when filming various plates. The photographs show Noah Hathaway as Atreyu riding Falkor the Luck Dragon against bluescreen, this footage was then composited with background plates to create the final sequences.

The three images are printed on differing photographic stock each measuring 10" x 8" and they remain in excellent condition with some colour change to one, overall very fine.

A displayable and vibrant set of images used during the production of this fantasy classic.
