Space: 1999

An original costume used in the production of the Gerry Anderson television series Space: 1999.

This jumpsuit was used in the year two episode Devils Planet where such costumes can be seen worn by the prisoners. Constructed from plastic mesh this full length costume features a zip up front and shows signs of glue residue where pieces of material were once attached to detail it.

The costume remains in generally good condition with some signs of light wear from production use and lacking the aforementioned material details.

A rare example of original wardrobe from this highly regarded television series.
