Ice Pirates (The)

An original prop pistol used in the production of The Ice Pirates, the 1984 science fiction comedy starring Robert Ulrich and Mary Crosby.

This prop pistol was custom made for use by Rockne Tarkington as Patch and an identical one can be seen in his holster in various scenes of the movie. The weapon is constructed from solid resin with a non functioning trigger and is painted with a metallic finish to resemble a metal gun, to the underside the prop features a plastic barrel which has partially snapped off.

The pistol measures approximately 9" long and remains in good condition exhibiting paint and edge wear consistent with production use and the aforementioned damage to the barrel, otherwise fine.
