Aliens

An original storyboard used in the production of Aliens, the second instalment in the popular Alien film franchise directed by James Cameron. 

This hand drawn storyboard is accomplished in pencil and depicts the Armoured Personnel Carrier. The artwork is rendered on a page which bears the printed shot details 'FX32, EXTERIOR CARGO LOCK' with a further description of the action below. All the copies of this storyboard which were distributed to various production members would have originated from this hand drawn original.

The storyboard measures approximately 10" x 8" and remains in excellent production used condition with some transfer of pencil rubbing to the verso, overall very fine.

A very fine example of original storyboard artwork detailing a visual effects shot for which this film won the 1986 Academy Award.
