Event Horizon

An original miniature section used on screen in the 1997 science fiction horror Event Horizon starring Laurence Fishburne and Sam Neill.

This is one of the original rear wing sections from the incredible large scale Event Horizon filming miniature which measured approximately thirty feet in length. This wing section is constructed from mixed materials including wood, fibreglass and plastic and is incredibly detailed with intricate raised panels and kit detailing and weathered to a suitably dirtied down and used appearance. A removable panel inscribed 'HERO SIDE' reveals the interior being a mass of hundreds of wires which would have powered LED bulbs hidden throughout the miniature enabling it to be lit for filming.

The wing measures an impressive 48" x 42" x 18" and remains in good screen used condition with some wear from handling and storage. With no facilities to test the complex electronic wiring inside we make no warranty to its completeness or functionality.

An incredible display spectacle from this now cult science fiction horror production.
