Description

An original prop used in the production of the 1979 James Bond picture Moonraker starring Roger Moore as the suave spy.

Clips such as this can be seen on the scientific clipboard used by Dr Holly Goodhead (Lois Chiles) as she first meets Bond and introduces him to the centrifuge chamber and later on the same clipboards used by technicians aboard the space station. The clip is constructed of plastic with a metal clip to the interior which acts as a pivot allowing the jaws to open and close, it features the instantly recognisable Drax Enterprise Corporation logo to the top with evidence to the underside of it being attached to one of the clipboards during the production.

The clip measures approximately 2.5" x 2" and remains in excellent production used condition with some minor paint wear, largely where the top is pressed to open the jaws, overall very fine.

A recognisable displayable artefact from one of the most celebrated franchises in cinematic history.
