Dame Edna Experience (The)

An original sign from the production of The Dame Edna Experience, the British comedy chat show hosted by Dame Edna Everage created and played by Barry Humphries.

This is an original sign from London Weekend Television likely used to direct the studio audience. The sign is constructed from white faced hardboard with a wooden surround and features a hand painted image of the famous glasses won by Humphries as Dame Edna with a large arrow below in applied red stickers, it measures 36" x 24" and remains in good vintage condition exhibiting some wear and minor damage to the centre.
