These lights are originals used at the BBC Visual Effects Department and can be seen used on numerous sets of the 1970's, likely in various BBC Television productions but notably in Doctor Who. Sourced from the department circa 1980 this style of light is most notable for its use on the original Davros chair used in the classic 1975 Doctor Who serial Genesis of the Daleks. The lamps are of plastic and metal construction and are complete with electrical flex from their last use, no warranty is made as to their exact use in a specific production just that they were utilised at the BBC Visual Effects Department around the aforementioned period.
The main body of the lights measure approximately 1.5" with the total length including flex being 10", in good used condition they remain operational when connected to a power source.
