Description

An original facehugger used in the production of Alien vs. Predator, the 2004 science fiction horror directed by Paul W. S. Anderson.

This alien facehugger was custom made for the production by Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc who handled the creature effects for the picture. Constructed from silicone the facehugger comprises a highly detailed body section and eight finger like legs featuring resin nails and an internal armature allowing them to be posed with a long ribbed tail to wrap around the neck of its prey. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Alec Gillis and Tom Woodruff, Jr. of Amalgamated Dynamics, Inc

The facehugger stands approximately 20" wide and measures around 46" long to the end of the tail, it remains in excellent production used condition with a split to the tail, otherwise very fine.

An instantly recognisable and highly displayable creature artefact from the classic Alien franchise.
