Moon

An original airlock door miniature created for the production of Moon, the acclaimed science fiction drama directed by Duncan Jones and starring Sam Rockwell.

This door was created for production by the model unit which was headed by noted British effects artist Bill Pearson, constructed from resin and painted with grey primer this piece remains otherwise unfinished. Highly detailed miniature doors such as this are clearly seen on the Sarang base exterior set, particularly in the rover parking bay area.

The miniature measures approximately 6" x 3.5" and is in excellent production made condition.
