NeverEnding Story (The)

Original reference images utilised during the production of the 1984 fantasy epic The NeverEnding Story directed by Wolfgang Petersen.

These images depict Noah Hathaway in his role as Atreyu riding Falkor the luckdragon and are Vistavision frame blow ups of the live action shots taken against blue screen, these were used during the production for camera reference by the motion control unit when filming various background plates which were composited with the blue screen footage to produce the final shots.

The four images are printed on glossy photographic stock each measuring 10" x 8" with two of the images being hand inscribed in blue pen with a reference code. They remain in near perfect original condition, very fine.
