Nightmare Before Christmas (The)

An original gravestone miniature used in the 1993 stop motion favourite The Nightmare Before Christmas.

This round gravestone would have been used in the graveyard near Halloween Town which features predominantly at the beginning of the film. The piece is constructed from wood and resin, it has been meticulously hand painted to a textured finish with more detail to one side, common on production when only one side of a prop is to be seen on camera.

The grave marker remains in good production used condition and retains some glue to the base where it was fixed to the set, it measures approximately 4.5" x 7" at its widest points.
